GradeViews Support

GradeViews turns a photo of a school portal or report card into a per-child dashboard and a weekly study plan, for parents and guardians.

Questions, a wrong reading, or something that did not work: email help@gradeviews.com. A screenshot of what you saw helps us answer faster.

How do I add my child’s grades?

Add your child, then upload a screenshot of the school portal, a photo of a report card, or a PDF. GradeViews reads the document and builds a weekly study plan from it.

Why does reading a document take a minute or more?

Reading the grades and writing the plan usually takes one to three minutes. Keep GradeViews open until it finishes; if you switch away, the work stops and you will need to upload again.

The grades do not match what the school shows.

The school’s portal is always the official record; GradeViews shows estimates built from what you uploaded. If something is wrong, email us a screenshot of the portal and of the app and we will fix the reading.

How do I download or delete my family’s data?

In the app, open Profile → Privacy & data. “Download my data” gives you everything as a file. “Delete my account” erases your account and every child’s data permanently; our Privacy Disclosure lists the few records that stay and how long backups last. Deleting your account does not cancel a plan bought through Apple: cancel it in your Apple Account settings first, or Apple will keep billing you. If you cannot open the app, the deletion page linked at the foot of this page explains how to ask us instead.

Does the app send notifications?

Only if you turn it on. In the app, Profile → Notifications schedules one note the evening before quizzes, tests and due work, written on your phone from what you have uploaded — never a grade. It arrives around 7 pm. On the web there are no notifications yet; you see updates when you open the app.
